Sparkle and Calm Mindfulness Incursions are designed specifically for preschools and early childhood education centres to introduce children to mindfulness in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way.
Through movement, breathing exercises, and storytelling, to help little learners develop essential emotional regulation skills that support their overall well-being.
